SavvyVan is an all in one touch screen control panel designed to be a single system to control your whole van. This guide covers how to use the system.
As our system is modular with multiple options, your system may only contain a portion of the information supplied in this guide. For further information on your setup, please contact your installer.
You can wake the system at any time, by simply tapping on the screen. It may take a second or two to wake.
Your system comes pre-configured with a Day and Night mode. Day is 8am - 8pm, and Night is 8pm until 8am. During these hours your system will automatically sleep after :
Day Mode - 2 hours
Night mode - 2 minutes
The time on your device will automatically set once connected to Wi-Fi and online. Please see below for instructions to connect to Wi-Fi.
The main page can be reached at any time by clicking on the home button which is the 4 squares in the top right of the screen.
Your main page is your single view of everything that is happening within your van. Depending on your setup this can consist of multiple options.
All systems are capable of switching, simply clicking on a switch icon will turn an appliance either on or off.
When your appliance is off, you will see the white outline of the icon, when on, it will pop with colour.

If the weather widget is activated, it will display on the bottom of the main screen.
To set the city or choose a new location, please press anywhere on the weather widget. You will then be prompted to enter the name of a new city.
If your device is offline, no weather data will be displayed as this requires a Wi-Fi connection to collect the data.

All devices come with a Volt sensor however your system may have been upgraded for an optional shunt.
Battery Voltage
If you are using the built in volt sensor. This is shown on the right hand side of the screen. This is simply showing you the voltage and a graphical illustration of your battery's status.

Full Battery Managment
If you have advanced battery management, you will see the circle like the above instead of the volt sensor.
This is giving multiple bits of information:
The % of charge remaining, the blue circle providing a visual representation
The current going in or out of your battery.
The Green Arrow up represents your charge current going IN to your battery. If this is a Red arrow down represents your battery discharge rate
Clicking this icon will offer up additional information

If your device is fitted with an optional shunt, clicking on the Battery management icon as described above will take you to the Advanced Battery Management page.
This page is displaying the following information to allow you to understand your battery:
Battery % of remaining charge and a visual representation like the main page
The Green Charge arrow or Red Discharge Arrow
Time to discharge/charge based on the current usage rate. Please note this will change as appliances are switch on/off.
Current, Battery voltage and watts of the battery at that moment, updated every 10 seconds.
Historical information
Should you need more information on your electrical usage, please contact your installer.
If you would like to upgrade to Advanced battery management, please see our shop or contact your installer.
If you have our SavvyTanks module installed you will see your tank levels on the main screen. If multiple tanks have been selected it will rotate the tanks every 30 seconds. Should a configured relay be activated on a tank then a red circle will show around that tank.
If configured, clicking on the Tank icon will take you to the main tank page where all tanks and their status are visible. To toggle the configured tank state, simply tap the tank.

If installed, Using SavvyStance couldn't be simpler, navigate to SavvyStance using the button on the top of your screen. All the information needed to level your van is displayed. No other actions are needed.

Your unit is equipped with 2.4gh Wi-Fi which is required for some functions to operate and for your Clock to synchronise. To see the status of the Wifi or to connect to a new network, click the menu in the top left and select WiFi
To add a new network:
Click Scan under 'Available WiFi Networks'
Tap the Green + next to the chose WiFi
Enter the password
Click OK
Your Wi-Fi connection will now restart and after a few moments it will connect to the configured network.
To remove a network
Click the ‘Bin’ symbol next to the networks you want to remove
When connected, the Green text at the bottom of the page will show 'Connected'. Additionally once connected, the device will then check for an internet connection and display 'Online' or 'Offline' showing the status of the internet connection
Please note: The remainder of this guide is based on the user setting. If you require information on the installer settings, please head over to the installation manual
To access the setting menu, click the menu and select User or Installer Settings. The Default passcode is '123456' for both unless supplied by an installer. If you have purchased your device from a 3rd party and require access to the Installer Settings, then please contact them and request the passcode.
From this page you also have the ability to send log files back to SavvyVan to investigate any faults you may have, and also restart your device
The settings menu contains all settings for the system and protects the settings from the day to day usage.
Please use the Back arrow in the top left of each page to return you to the menu.
To find the information about your device. Tap Settings, System Infortmation.
To be notified when an update is available, please ensure you have registered your device. To register now, click here.
To Update your Device:
Ensure your device is connected to the WiFi, you have a strong connection and the status is showing 'Online'.
Select System Information from the settings menu and tap 'Update Now'
If an update is available, your system will update and restart. Please note your screen maybe blank for up to 10 minutes during this process.
To configure your colour scheme, please go to setting and select 'Display and Sounds'
System Colours allows you to change the colour scheme of your SavvyVan.
Change Colour - simply tap on the colour wheel to preview the selected colour. The colour will save automatically when you navigate away from the page or when you slick save.
Sounds - to enable the tap sounds when navigating the system, click the radio button.
Your device comes with a full notification center so you can ensure you are always aware of any faults. All notifications will appear in the top right hand corner for 30 seconds. To view the history of all notifications, click the envolope icon in the top right
