Consumer Terms & Conditions (B2C)

These Consumer Terms & Conditions apply to sales made directly to consumers.

1. Products

SavvyVan supplies vehicle electrical and control products on a supply-only basis. Installation services are not provided.

2. Installation

Products must be installed by suitably qualified persons. SavvyVan is not responsible for incorrect installation 

or third-party modifications.

3. Software Licence and Updates

Software is licensed for normal product operation.

Updates are provided for the lifetime of the product while it is actively sold.

4. Warranty and Consumer Rights

All products include a 12-month return-to-base warranty.

SavvyVan3 products qualify for a free additional 12-month warranty if registered within the initial warranty period.

This warranty is in addition to statutory consumer rights.

5. Liability

SavvyVan does not exclude liability where unlawful to do so.

SavvyVan is not liable for losses arising from incorrect installation or misuse.

7. International Sales

For EU customers, mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected.

English law governs these Terms.
