Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to the physical hardware and the software running on the hardware purchased from SavvyVan LTD. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and is valid for 12 months. Additionally this can be extended for our products SavvyVan Lite, SavvyVan3, SavvyTanks, SavvyStance and SavvyShunt free of charge for an additional 12 months if registered within the initial 12 month warranty period. Hardware Warranty

1. Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, SavvyVan LTD will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

2. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

   • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.

   • Damaged caused by incorrect installation.

   • Normal wear and tear.

   • Consumable parts, such as Water Senders or Valves, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

   • Any device not Manufactured by SavvyVan LTD, refer to manufacturers warranty.

   • Damage caused by natural disasters, such as floods, storms, or earthquakes.

3. Procedure: To obtain warranty service, you must return the product to our service center with proof of purchase. You are responsible for shipping costs to the service center. SavvyVan LTD will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you.

Software Warranty

1. Coverage: This warranty covers defects in the software provided by SavvyVan LTD that prevent it from performing as described in the accompanying documentation.

2. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

   • Software that has been modified without authorisation.

   • Issues caused by third-party software or hardware.

   • Software versions that are not the latest version available.

3. Procedure: To obtain software warranty service, contact our support team at support@savvyvan.com. We will provide troubleshooting assistance and, if necessary, a replacement copy of the software.

General Terms

1. Limitation of Liability: SavvyVan LTD shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use the product or software, even if SavvyVan LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

2. Warranty Claims: All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect or issue. Claims should be made within the warranty period to be valid.

3. Governing Law: This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
