Review Raffle T&C’s 

1. Eligibility Criteria

• Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.

• Employees, partners, and affiliates of SavvyVan are excluded.

• Only genuine, verified customers who have made a purchase will be entered into the draw.

2. How to Enter

• Leave a review on Google or Facebook related to a verified purchase.

• One review = one entry. Multiple entries allowed once per platform (Google or Facebook).

• Reviews must be submitted between June 6th 2025 and July 5th 2025.

3. Prize Details

• One £20 GoOutdoors voucher per draw (or per campaign period).

• There is no cash alternative to the prize and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• A winner will be selected at random using a third-party generator.

• The winner will be contacted via email within 3 working days of the draw.

• If unresponsive within 10 days, a new winner will be drawn.

5. Review Guidelines

• Reviews must be honest, constructive, and follow platform guidelines.

• Inappropriate, abusive, or fake reviews will be disqualified.

6. Start and End Dates

• Promotion runs from 00:00 on June 6th 2025 to 23:59:59 July 5th 2025, unless extended or closed early.

• Entries submitted outside of this window will not be entered into the draw.

7. Limitations & Exclusions

• Only one prize per participant per campaign.

• SavvyVan reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time.

• Not affiliated with or endorsed by GoOutdoors in any way.

8. Privacy Statement

• Personal data will be used for administration of the promotion only.

• Winner details may be published (first name and town only) unless requested otherwise.

9. General Legal Clauses

• Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion

• SavvyVan assumes no responsibility for entries not received or delayed.

• SavvyVan will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the Winner(s) for reasons beyond SavvyVan’s reasonable control.

• The decision of SavvyVan is final in all matters relating to the promotion.

• This Promotion, and any dispute or claim (including any non-contractual dispute or claim) arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
